The hotel had welcoming and smiling front desk people. However, the room we got was much smaller than expected, with a funky smell that required us to buy a fan for comfort. Despite them saying they fixed it, the compensation was lacking after spending over $1000 for our stay.
The hotel had a mixed experience with the rooms being a bit dirty and hot, lacking proper cleanliness and supplies, but the overall atmosphere was close-knit. The service varied from unaccommodating in some cases to friendly and helpful on other occasions. Despite some issues, the location was beautiful and well-priced. The dining options were decent, making for a satisfactory stay overall.
The hotel was spacious and served as a comfortable home base, although it needed some maintenance and wasn't as clean as expected. The staff was accommodating and took good care of our needs, but there were inconsistencies in service availability. The location was larger than anticipated, good for accessing theme parks but lacked nearby quiet bars and restaurants. The dining options were satisfactory, fitting well with the location. Overall, it provided a decent value for money stay.
I was really looking forward to the hot tub in my room, but ended up with a toilet that needed a lot of water. The standard room was okay, but the late check-out was convenient.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the modern decor and furniture in the rooms, but soon realized that everyone checking in was placed in the same two buildings, giving more of an apartment feel rather than a hotel room. The lack of patios or balconies and limited windows made the rooms feel a bit stuffy.
Despite the rooms lacking decoration and being quite plain, the hotel overlooks the pond area with a downside of loud bar-karaoke nights that gave us headaches. However, the 10 am check-out time was somewhat inconvenient.
The hotel had tidy rooms, although with a slight odor of old smoke. The rooms were clean but outdated for the price paid. The service was quick and helpful, with a minor inconvenience of staff knocking on my door early. The location was great for walking, close to attractions, with beautiful surroundings. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and cozy, with lovely interior colors that I adored. We felt really secure on the 5th floor, such a nice touch that made our stay fantastic. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for everything, keep up the great work!
