The hotel had welcoming and smiling front desk people. However, the room we got was much smaller than expected, with a funky smell that required us to buy a fan for comfort. Despite them saying they fixed it, the compensation was lacking after spending over $1000 for our stay.

The hotel had a mixed experience with the rooms being a bit dirty and hot, lacking proper cleanliness and supplies, but the overall atmosphere was close-knit. The service varied from unaccommodating in some cases to friendly and helpful on other occasions. Despite some issues, the location was beautiful and well-priced. The dining options were decent, making for a satisfactory stay overall.

I was really looking forward to the hot tub in my room, but ended up with a toilet that needed a lot of water. The standard room was okay, but the late check-out was convenient.
